  • Lead enterprise system integrations, ensuring real-time, event-driven architectures and scalable microservices are implemented.
  • Implement and optimize workflow automation using industry-leading platforms
  • Build and maintain low-code/no-code solutions where applicable to accelerate enterprise-wide automation initiatives.
  • Continuously improve software development lifecycle (SDLC) through DevOps, CI/CD, and automation, all powered by GenAI.
  • Partner with engineering, security, finance, and business teams to ensure seamless system transformations and large-scale enterprise integrations.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or Integration Engineer with expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and UI/UX principles.
  • Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Camunda, Apache Airflow, Zapier, etc.).
  • Deep experience in integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, Billing, and Asset Management.
  • Expertise in API development, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
  • Expertise with enterprise-leading integration platforms like Boomi or Workato.
  • Experience with GenAI models, APIs, and agentic workflows (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG architectures).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, API security, and enterprise integration patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to architect, develop, and optimize large-scale integrations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working across engineering, security, and finance teams.
  • Domain expertise in two or more of the following: Financial, Supply Chain, GTM, and People systems.
