Job Description:

The Manager, Analytics & Data Products will report to OneOncology’s Director, Analytics & Data Products. This role will manage and deliver analytics projects associated with OneOncology’s real world data, precision medicine, and life sciences data initiatives. This role will partner with OneOncology’s RWE/RWD and clinical teams to leverage OneOncology’s robust data assets to deliver high-quality, evidence and insights to our strategic partners. Serving as an analytical leader in this domain, this role will have a high level of visibility across the organization, both with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the generation of data deliverables for real-world data projects
  • Generate and communicate key findings and insights derived from data deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to scope and develop real-world data projects
  • Advise internal and external teams on OneOncology’s data assets and capabilities
  • Build strategic frameworks that will be used to define key bodies of work
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including project timelines and ongoing touchpoints
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts
  • Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer. 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the healthcare industry, preferably oncology and/or real-world data or related domains
  • Experience working with healthcare datasets, including EMR data
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL
  • Familiarity with relevant statistical techniques in Python or R, e.g. Kaplan-Meier, Cox models, a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Ability to scope and lead cross-functional projects within a matrixed organization
  • An analytical mindset and the determination to find pragmatic solutions
  • Proven ability to lead and support team members by fostering an inclusive environment and promoting a culture of collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5+ years’ experience working for a relevant organization within the healthcare industry; experience in oncology, life sciences, and/or other real-world data settings a plus
  • Work remotely from Chicago, Nashville, or Nashville (hybrid), with flexibility to travel, as needed.
