Job Description:

We seek a high-impact Lead Developer / Technical Architect based in Latin America to help us design, build, and scale our next-generation Intelligence Platform based on Microsoft technologies. In this role, you will architect solutions and implement them hands-on, lead technical decisions, ensure DevOps best practices, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. You will work at the intersection of AI innovation, cloud scalability, and enterprise-grade security, crafting a platform where agentic AI systems meet real-world business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement complex, scalable AI and data platforms primarily leveraging Microsoft Azure, Fabric, and AI technologies.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems, data ingestion pipelines, and RAG solutions.
• Lead hands-on development and system integrations (coding, testing, deploying).
• Design and implement DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring, Security).
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers, product managers, and business executives.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ensure platforms meet enterprise-grade security, governance, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Stay abreast of Azure, AI/ML, and agentic architecture developments.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 8+ years of architecture or technical leadership experience (mainly Azure).
• Strong knowledge of Azure services: Data Factory, Event Hubs, ADLS, Synapse, Azure OpenAI, Azure Kubernetes Service, Fabric, Cognitive Services, etc.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), APIs, and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks (AutoGen, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Pipelines, Real-Time Analytics).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead architecture sessions, present to senior business leadership, and mentor developers.
• Experience implementing security, privacy, and governance frameworks in cloud environments.

• Teamwork: To be able to work with stakeholders who are technical and non-technical.

Bonus skills: 

• Microsoft Certifications (one or more highly desirable).
• Practical experience with DevOps practices: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform/ARM).
