Reporting line: Head of Business Intelligence

Worksite: remote

Responsibilities:

• Power BI Development. Design, build, deploy and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Requirements Gathering. Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications. Communicate and pass requirements to the technical teams. Validate, test and accept developed solutions.

• Stakeholder management. Present insights and manage expectations in regular meetings with business and technical stakeholders.

• Project Management. Coordinate long-term analytics/reporting projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Power BI: Proficiency in developing and optimizing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• DAX (Data Analysis Expressions): Strong knowledge for creating complex measures and calculated columns.

• SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services): Experience in working with multidimensional and tabular data models.

• SQL: Querying skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• ETL Processes: Understanding of data warehouse, staging and transformation principles (preferred).

• Google Cloud Platform and Big Query: Experience working with infrastructure built in GCP and BQ (preferred).

• Problem Solving & Initiative: Proactive mindset with a drive to take ownership and push initiatives forward not just execute tasks. Strong desire to deeply understand the subject matter being analyzed.

• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration and documentation.

• Adaptability: Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
