Summary of Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for capturing and analyzing patient visit related reporting from clinical operations and strategic sites. Specifically, the Analyst will verify data accuracy, analyze data trends, and query the sites for missing information as it relates to revenue capture. The role will as serve as the liaison between strategic sites and the Revenue Integrity Department to ensure accurate and timely capture of study data used to calculate Sarah Cannon revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Capture and entry of study data received from the field in a timely and accurate manner, meeting all month-end deadlines

  • Compile missing data reports and provide detailed queries to the sites to facilitate accurate and timely data capture

  • Serve as primary contact for study data entry questions from inside and outside the organization

  • Communicate regularly with field operations regarding study activities

  • Compile and report weekly data capture and entry status

  • Assist Strategic Site Liaison to ensure all patient enrollment is captured from sites

  • Assist Billing with producing visit capture details and reports related to study data

  • Reconcile study data with data provided by pharmaceutical companies as needed

  • Identify issues with processes, systems or data and communicate to management on timely basis

  • Apply appropriate technical, industry and functional knowledge to all work efforts

  • Other projects as assigned or needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in business, clinical research, or related disciplines

  • Understands an EMR and how to obtain data and procedure information from it

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Word, Visio, PowerPoint)

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
