General areas of responsibility of our office: academic programs and planning; curriculum review and development; academic reviews; promotions of teaching and learning issues and development; development of institutional benchmarks and generation of data; graduate affairs, including enrollment planning and program development, and tri-campus affairs.
The incumbent reports to the Manager, Academic Programs, Reviews & Quality Assurance and will provide distinct support to the work of our Office as it relates to the Programs and Curriculum Unit and Academic Operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing assigned tasks according to production schedules and project plans
- Assessing project output against quality control standards
- Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
- Informing senior staff of impending deadlines
- Tracking and collecting information on project progress
- Proofreading and fact-checking content
- Informing senior staff of concerns or setbacks
- Writing routine documents and correspondence
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years related experience in research and/or educational environment.
- Expert knowledge of Statistical and research methods required.
- Experience with/knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel,Access, Powerpoint etc.
- Experience with/knowledge of ACORN/ ROSI or other comparable student information systems.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills for reports for print and or online communication channels.
