HR Controlling & Data Analytics Intern

MAIN TASKS

You will support the HR team in building data analytics dashboards on various HR topics which include various KPI’s, recruitment, cost of employees, etc.

Analytics & Controlling

• Participate to the creation, improvement and monitoring of Power BI Dashboards for monthly follow-up
• Participate to the customization of SAC Dashboards; SAP BW with relevant statistics and key indicators

Masterdata

• Participate to the implementation of data quality reporting check for monthly follow-up and internal process when required

Compensation

• Participate to the development of the reporting on compensation
• Support the HR team with the annual Compensation review process

YOUR PROFILE

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Corporate Finance or equivalent (HEC, HEG, etc.)
• You are comfortable with data analytics tool and really enjoy it daily
• You are rigourous and analytical skills are part of your nature
• You speak French as a mother tongue or fluent and you are fluent in English
• As a good listener, you are curious and brings a collaborative attitude
• You are available for a 6-month internship with start date 01.03.2024
• You are eligible to an internship agreement with your school/university
