Immediate Hiring: Dataiku Platform Support Specialist - Birlasoft

Locations – Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai.

Job Overview:

Dataiku Platform Support Specialist with 4-6 years of experience to provide exceptional technical support and guidance for our Dataiku user community. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and the Dataiku platform (version 12 and above), using AWS infrastructure coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for Dataiku platform-related issues.

• Setting up instances, Building Code environments, and maintaining Platform for Dataiku (or any similar Data/ML Platform), AWS infrastructure and Linux

• Assist users in the successful creation and management of data pipelines and machine learning projects.

• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to optimize workflows and ensure best practices are followed.

• Monitor system performance and user feedback to recommend improvements or enhancements to the platform.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing the Dataiku platform. • Develop and maintain documentation for best practices and troubleshooting guides

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience with Dataiku platform on Administrative side as well as experience developing building code, no-code or low-code flows.

• Strong understanding of data processing, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.

• Experience on AWS (EC2, S3, EKS)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with SQL and Python.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.

• CI/CD using Jenkins. • Grafana Monitoring.

• Experience writing automation scripts using Python or Ansible.

• Experience on R and Pyspark coding language

• Working on JIRA, Kanban and Agile methodologies
