Senior AI/ML Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions, leveraging your expertise to solve complex problems and enhance our product offerings.

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to create robust machine learning models and systems. You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from data wrangling to model deployment, embodying the principles of MLOps to ensure smooth and scalable implementations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Implement robust data pipelines to support model training and inference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.
• Conduct experiments to test and validate model effectiveness, iterating based on results.
• Oversee model deployment and monitoring, ensuring performance and reliability in production.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML development.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to enhance methodologies and solutions.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with ML libraries and frameworks.
• Expertise in machine learning methodologies, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud-based machine learning services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies.
• Understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a related domain (e.g., Fintech, Healthcare, Gaming).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and practices.
