What You'll Do
Tableau Environment Management: Configure and maintain Tableau Server and Tableau Online environments.
User/Security Management: Manage user access and security settings.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize server and dashboard performance for efficient data processing and visualization.
Automation: Develop automation scripts for deployment tasks and scripts for monitoring and maintenance.
Evaluation of CI/CD for Tableau: Assess and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment practices for Tableau.
Monitoring Tableau Health/Incident Management: Monitor the health of Tableau environments and manage incidents.
User/Stakeholder Support: Provide support and training for teams on best practices.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to Tableau users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data-related problems in dashboards.
Training Materials and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation for the Center of Excellence to support end-users.
Implement and Execute Center of Excellence: Establish and maintain a Center of Excellence for Tableau.
Innovate and Implement: Leverage cutting-edge data visualization tools, including Tableau, to design, develop, and deliver impactful insights that drive results.
Automate and Optimize: Drive efficiency and scalability through process automation and optimization in data reporting.
Solve Complex Problems: Build, test, and deploy solutions to address challenging business problems using data.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of data solutions.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, methodologies, and industry trends in data visualization.
What We Require
Passion for Data: A genuine enthusiasm for data and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Technical Skills: Experience with Tableau and other data visualization tools, with a basic understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts. General knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes in data.
Communication Skills: Effective in conveying technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing industry trends.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team setting, contribute to group projects, and engage in collaborative problem-solving.
Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms (i.e. AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and data integration tools.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience in a related field is beneficial but not required.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$106,900.00 - $142,200.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
