Job Title:

Technical Program Manager

Company:

Prologis

A day in the life:

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help scale the impact of our Advanced Analytics team. This role will be instrumental in defining clear roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of high-impact analytics solutions across Prologis.

You will work in close partnership with data scientists and business analysts—forming agile project teams that bridge business needs with technical solutions. You’ll drive momentum by owning program delivery, tracking performance, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. This includes leading meetings, challenging assumptions, and sometimes stepping into business discovery when needed.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in a structured enterprise setting but thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment where roles flex, and collaboration is key.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Leadership: Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing stakeholder needs, technical capacity, and business value. Ensure alignment and momentum between business and technical teams from planning through delivery.

  • Roadmaps Execution: Collaborate with the Director of Advanced Analytics to shape and continuously adapt delivery roadmaps as projects grow in scale, scope, and visibility.

  • Scaling & Governance: Manage scaling efforts by introducing intake and prioritization frameworks, balancing demand with technical capacity, and supporting sustainable expansion of analytics solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with data scientists and business analysts throughout the full lifecycle, from discovery to rollout, ensuring seamless handoffs and shared accountability.

  • Delivery Tracking: Track milestones, surface blockers, and drive timelines while remaining flexible to shifting business needs and resource constraints.

  • Output & Adoption Oversight: Review final outputs to ensure they meet stakeholder expectations, and partner with analysts to support rollout, onboarding, and long-term adoption.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead meetings and workshops with business teams to align on objectives, understand challenges, and refine scope. Translate evolving needs into clear action plans while helping stakeholders understand what’s feasible and when.

  • KPI & Performance Monitoring: Monitor project milestones, program-level KPIs, adoption metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction. Provide clear, timely updates to leadership to maintain visibility and momentum.

Building blocks for success

Required:

  • 4+ years in program or project management, ideally in data/analytics, digital product, or transformation programs.

  • Experience working with technical teams (e.g., data science, engineering) and business stakeholders in parallel.

  • Familiarity with managing roadmaps and complex program timelines in large enterprise settings.

  • Strong program delivery skills: organized, action-oriented, and detail-aware.

  • Comfortable leading meetings, facilitating workshops, and managing stakeholder communication.

  • Able to challenge assumptions and ask the right questions to get to root problems.

  • Working knowledge of data analytics workflows, from data acquisition through deployment and adoption.

  • No coding required, but ability to understand data pipelines, modeling processes, and technical dependencies is key.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.

  • PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus.

  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, SQL, or Python environments is a plus.

Hiring Salary Range: $123,000 - $169,000 annually. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
