Jeppesen Sanderson IncJeppesen Digital Support Operation Center is currently looking for a Systems and Data Analyst to join their team as a Virtual employee. This position will be full-time remote and will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.
A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the various product and support teams to ensure the success of our support team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive tasks within the technical support workflow.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains through automation.
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning models to enhance customer support interactions and outcomes.
- Analyze support data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and tools.
- Assist in developing plans to integrate or onboard new products or teams to our technical support organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes to ensure effective integration solutions.
- Identify areas of improvement when technology can assist clients in achieving desired outcomes and play a central role in developing the roadmap and strategy for identified initiatives.
- Contribute to the support strategy to ensure the appropriate support handoff; continuously improve and evolve knowledge management and production readiness.
- Develop and manage metrics/reports to measure product and technical support KPIs.
- Subject matter expert on advanced flight planning such as ETOPS, Drift downs and Route Optimization.
- Tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of experience in a support organization.
- 3+ years in Advanced Flight Planning.
- 1+ Experience with AI or automation efforts.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in a support organization.
- 5+ years in Advanced Flight Planning.
- 3+ Experience working with AI or automation.
- Project Management
- Azure/AWS Cloud knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of Jeppesen products and services is a plus.
