Sales Development Representative (Data Team)

Your day-to-day:

• Research strategic accounts, identify key buyer personas.
• Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest.
• Run, monitor, and constantly improve outbound outreach campaigns to potential customers using data-driven sales methodology.
• Work closely with each prospect from initial contact to qualification, to book quality meetings for our Account Executives.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of our product and how it can help potential customers.
• Participate in experiments to improve outbound engagement and help refine the outbound sales playbook.

Your skills & experience:

• Experience or desire to work in B2B sales and technology industry.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, relentlessness, ability to see the entire picture, and willingness to listen to other opinions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.

Nice to have:
• Experience in a customer facing role, especially outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS and/or data products;
• Experience using tools like Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and MixMax.

Salary & Benefits Package:

• Gross salary: 1600 - 2000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
