직무 소개: 쿠팡의 Marketing FP&A 팀의 데이터 분석가로서, 카테고리 데이터, 고객 데이터 등을 사용하여 다양한 모호한 문제에 대한 중요한 의사 결정을 주도하게 됩니다. 깊은 데이터 분석 능력과 분석 프레임워크를 활용하여 비즈니스 파트너에게 실행 가능한 인사이트를 제공하고, 고객 행동 지표에 영향을 미치며 회사의 단기 및 장기 투자 수익을 극대화합니다. CRM 전략 및 주요 이니셔티브를 관리하고, 성과 측정 모델을 구축하며, 예측 모델을 최적화하는 역할을 담당합니다.

• SQL 경험 5년 이상
• 시각화 도구(Tableau, Power BI) 경험 5년 이상
• 메타데이터 관리(Hadoop, Spark, Presto), 메타데이터 기반 자동화(Airflow), 개발자 생산성 도구에 대한 실무 경험 3년 이상
• 마스터 데이터 관리, 메타데이터 관리, 데이터 거버넌스와 협력한 경험

 

우대 사항:

• Python 및 R/SAS 또는 기타 통계 패키지에 대한 숙련도
• 통계, 엔지니어링, 비즈니스 등 정량적 분야의 학위

Role Overview: As a Staff Data Analyst for the Marketing Finance team at Coupang, you will drive critical decision-making across a range of ambiguous problems using category data, customer data, and more. You will leverage deep data analyticcapabilities and analytical frameworks to provide actionable insights to our business partners, impacting customer behavior metrics and maximizing short-term and long-term investment returns for the company. You will be responsible for managing CRM strategy and key initiatives, building performance measurement models, and optimizing forecasting models.

 

What You Will Do:

• Lead projects focused on improving data quality, availability, and depth.
• Utilize SQL and other programming languages for data ETL development and ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to achieve business objectives.
• Develop innovative methods for data capture and analysis.
• Contribute to analytics projects that support Coupang's growth and various initiatives.
• Mentor and support analysts within the team and organization.
• Analyze and maintain the company's CRM performance reporting, including collecting and analyzing customer data, identifying trends and patterns, ensuring data integrity, and making recommendations for improving CRM strategy effectiveness.
• Maintain or build reporting dashboards, measure performance, and provide insights explaining variances.
• Conduct forecasting analytics by defining KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Run simulations and build optimizing models factoring in constraints and a wide range of variables and outliers.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of advanced SQL experience.
• 5+ years of experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in metadata management (Hadoop, Spark, Presto), metadata-driven automation (Airflow), and developer productivity tooling.
• Experience working/collaborating with Master Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Governance.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and R/SAS or any statistical package.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Business).
• Experience in e-commerce and marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with Coupang's business model and data needs.
• Experience in CRM strategy and performance measurement.

Document Return Policy

1. This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
2. A job applicant, who has applied but not been finally selected for a position at Coupang (the “Company”), may request the Company to return his/her hiring documents submitted pursuant to the Fair Hiring Procedure Act. However, this will not apply where the hiring documents were submitted via the website of the Company or e-mail, or where the job applicant submitted those documents voluntarily without a request from the Company. In addition, if the hiring documents were destroyed due to a natural disaster or any other reasons not attributable to the Company, such documents will be deemed to have been returned to the job applicant.
3. A job applicant who wishes to request the return of his/her hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above should fill out a “Request for Return of Hiring Documents” [Annex Form No. 3 in the Enforcement Rule of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act] and submit It by email (). In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail. 4. In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
