About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support a large-scale system migration program. Your primary focus will be to perform discovery of existing applications still relying on Active Directory and support their transition to Azure-based solutions. This role combines technical analysis with stakeholder coordination, working closely with architects and application teams to ensure a seamless migration journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct application discovery to identify systems integrated with Active Directory.

• Perform in-depth system analysis to support migration planning and documentation.

• Collaborate with the solution architect to develop and validate migration runbooks and technical documentation.

• Engage with application owners to understand current migration procedures and adapt runbooks accordingly.

• Act as a technical liaison between the architecture team and application teams during migration execution.

• Support proof-of-concept implementations, particularly in the context of ISAM to Azure transitions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data/system analysis and application discovery.

• Solid knowledge of Azure application architecture and Active Directory integrations.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse tech teams.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-driven, proactive, and structured in approach.

• Located in the Netherlands with availability for on-site work.

• Familiarity with migration runbook development is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in hybrid or standalone discovery projects.

• Similar soft skills to highly autonomous consultants (e.g., stakeholder-oriented, structured, outcome-driven).
