업무 내용:

• 데이터 품질, 가용성 및 깊이를 개선하는 프로젝트를 주도합니다.
• 데이터 ETL 개발 및 데이터 무결성을 보장하기 위해 SQL 및 기타 프로그래밍 언어를 활용합니다.
• 비즈니스 목표를 달성하기 위해 엔지니어링 및 제품 팀과 협력합니다.
• 데이터 캡처 및 분석을 위한 혁신적인 방법을 개발합니다.

• 보고 대시보드를 유지하거나 구축하고, 성과를 측정하며, 변동을 설명하는 인사이트를 제공합니다.

자격 요건:

• SQL 경험 5년 이상
• 시각화 도구(Tableau, Power BI) 경험 5년 이상
• 메타데이터 관리(Hadoop, Spark, Presto), 메타데이터 기반 자동화(Airflow), 개발자 생산성 도구에 대한 실무 경험 3년 이상
• 마스터 데이터 관리, 메타데이터 관리, 데이터 거버넌스와 협력한 경험

우대 사항:

• Python 및 R/SAS 또는 기타 통계 패키지에 대한 숙련도
• 통계, 엔지니어링, 비즈니스 등 정량적 분야의 학위
• 이커머스 및 마케팅 분석 경험
• 쿠팡의 비즈니스 모델 및 데이터 요구 사항에 대한 친숙함
• CRM 전략 및 성과 측정 경험

Role Overview: As a Staff Data Analyst for the Marketing Finance team at Coupang, you will drive critical decision-making across a range of ambiguous problems using category data, customer data, and more. You will leverage deep data analyticcapabilities and analytical frameworks to provide actionable insights to our business partners, impacting customer behavior metrics and maximizing short-term and long-term investment returns for the company. You will be responsible for managing CRM strategy and key initiatives, building performance measurement models, and optimizing forecasting models.

What You Will Do:

• Lead projects focused on improving data quality, availability, and depth.
• Utilize SQL and other programming languages for data ETL development and ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to achieve business objectives.
• Develop innovative methods for data capture and analysis.
• Contribute to analytics projects that support Coupang's growth and various initiatives.
• Mentor and support analysts within the team and organization.
• Analyze and maintain the company's CRM performance reporting, including collecting and analyzing customer data, identifying trends and patterns, ensuring data integrity, and making recommendations for improving CRM strategy effectiveness.
• Maintain or build reporting dashboards, measure performance, and provide insights explaining variances.
• Conduct forecasting analytics by defining KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Run simulations and build optimizing models factoring in constraints and a wide range of variables and outliers.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of advanced SQL experience.
• 5+ years of experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in metadata management (Hadoop, Spark, Presto), metadata-driven automation (Airflow), and developer productivity tooling.
• Experience working/collaborating with Master Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and R/SAS or any statistical package.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Business).
• Experience in e-commerce and marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with Coupang's business model and data needs.
• Experience in CRM strategy and performance measurement.
