AI Project Management Lead 
Job Title: AI Project Manager 

Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and manage AI initiatives from inception to completion. In this role, you will develop comprehensive project plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of AI projects within scope, timeline, and budget while adhering to ethical guidelines and industry standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion 

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, communication and risk management strategies 

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to align project objectives with organizational goals 

• Oversee the development and deployment of AI models 

• Identify, analyze, and address project issues and risks 

• Drive process improvements by integrating new technologies and best practices 

• Facilitate clear communication across project teams and stakeholders 

• Ensure AI projects adhere to data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines 
   

Required Qualifications: 

• 3-4 years of experience managing AI or technology projects 

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful AI project delivery 

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, technologies, and tools 

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (Jira, MS Project) 

• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
   

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Advanced certification (PMP, Agile) 

• Experience with data analytics and performance monitoring tools 

• Understanding of AI business value and organizational strategy impact 

• Knowledge of ethical considerations and compliance requirements for AI 

• Basic understanding of programming or data science tools (Python, R)
