What You’ll do:
Content Strategy

• Stay abreast on developments and tools in Gen AI for consumer tech use cases, like image models, voice models and automation and integrate them in Hunch’s content and product strategy after rigorous testing
• Analyse Hunch’s in app content strategy from questions to answer to user profile content to GPT prompts used on the app and identify areas of improvement for better matching, personality assessment and overall user experience
• Run end to end content campaigns on the app with a hypothesis, analyse impact and iterate basis results. Maintain good quality in app content in the form of prompts, questions, profile descriptors etc, also by making new content IPs on the app.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and engineering teams to run, track and analyze content initiatives
• Study, understand feasibility,analyse and test available personality assessment models with Hunch’s context, doing deep dives on existing market offerings
• Monitor and report weekly on-platform and off-platform app performance data, to identify areas of improvement
• Maintain a stronghold on social apps space to stay abreast on market trends, deals and narratives around fundraising.

Strategic Initiatives: 

• Evaluate new opportunities by conducting deep market research, product reviews, competitor analysis, financial analysis, customer/user reviews and technical diligence
• Assist in strategy formulation with research and analysis around key initiatives, root cause analyses of app data etc.
• Assist cross-functional teams in areas like research, management etc while executing new initiatives
• Build super crisp and clear understanding of tech businesses, industry landscapes, competitor moves and suggest new initiatives, interventions or technologies that Hunch can deploy
  
  

Your Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in strategy/ consulting/investment banking or in a fast paced startup environment
• Knowledge of SQL and analytical tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, Clevertap, Adjust is a big plus.
• Past experience in
• Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of social apps is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
