Grow your career alongside great people, where authenticity is welcome, successes are celebrated, and potential is nurtured.    Position Description  The Data Specialist is a detail-oriented and skilled role, responsible for migrating, configuring and maintaining customer data, supporting the Implementation process and managing specific customer requests. All data received by internal and external parties is updated timely and accurately with minimal errors into our system to be used internally or by a customer. You will work on continual overall process improvement and development of training to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process. The Data specialist will need to efficiently manage a large volume of incoming information and deliver high quality results while undertaking multiple responsibilities. Developing a skillset through self-learning and improvement to problem solve and resolve issues.   What We’re Looking For:  Note: We know that excellent candidates can have all sorts of backgrounds and experiences, so please don’t hesitate to apply even if you don’t meet 100% of the listed requirements! 

• Possess intermediate knowledge and understanding of SQL 

• Have a familiarity with Geospatial data and map configuration 

• Familiarity with Data Migration processes from various sources (databases, CSV's, Spatial Files, API's) 

• A problem solver that thrives when working on challenges that may not necessarily have a predetermined solution 

• Ability to take on the initiative to learn and develop skillset to work through problems or tasks 

• Comfortable with performing self QA / QC to ensure a high quality of work 

• Ability to identify and build tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy 

• Work with implementation consultants to align data migration efforts with customer expectations and timelines 

  As a Data Analyst, you will:         Efficiently process incoming requests and questions within the established time frame, and based on request type. You will review, migrate, and configure customer data in a task-driven manner, ensuring project progress meets original timeline expectations at least 80% of the time. Additionally, you will develop or coordinate the development of tools to enhance the migration and configuration process. Active and consistent reporting of progress to the Implementation Manager is essential, along with a high-level understanding of how CivicPlus products work together.   Compensation and Benefits:     

• Estimated Salary Range: $47,400 - $65,400 annually 

• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
