Your Job

What you give your best for

  • Ensuring the realisation of our global sustainability vision from a technical perspective by designing the overarching target architecture for our innovative sustainability solutions and projects 
  • Assuming responsibility for data integration to ensure the availability and quality of sustainability data in our solutions, including the continuous development and implementation of effective integration plans
  • Identifying and analysing data sources and creating customised plans to classify integration capability and priority in close coordination with our agile product teams
  • Developing and optimising functional data models and future-oriented data architectures to increase the efficiency of our sustainability strategy and achieve concrete, measurable results
  • Assuming responsibility for data requirements engineering, which includes evaluating, specifying and refining requirements together with international teams of experts and stakeholders at the interface between business and IT
  • Structuring data, considering overarching contexts and data relationships, to generate genuine added value for our sustainability goals
  • Ensuring data quality and proactively advising on the development of effective data validation mechanisms
  • Monitoring and reporting on data quality to create transparency and promote improvements in our processes
  • Collaborating with our external partners for development and technology to create and continue to develop customised solutions 
  • Planning and advising on the implementation of the reporting environments for our sustainability solutions, including in Tableau and Salesforce dashboards, to drive data-driven decisions and visualise progress

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration with an IT focus
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, particularly with regard to data requirements and data integration
  • Enthusiasm for data analysis and optimising data quality
  • Knowledge of data analysis technologies (esp. SQL, Python), reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI or Tableau) and data catalogues such as Collibra is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of tools such as Jira, ServiceNow and Confluence
  • Team spirit
  • Very good English skills
  • At least three to five years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of agile working methods  
  • Intercultural competence
