Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Fraud Data Analyst in San Mateo, CA to support the creation of mitigation approaches and recommendations for fraud products and processes. Requires a Master’s degree in Information Systems, or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience detecting patterns of cyber-fraud behavior through proactive investigation of

customer, transaction, and other activity data. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience developing analyses on targeted activities, behaviors, and mitigations using SQL, Tableau, snowflake; investigating abuse and fraud examples; performing research and fraud data analyses; performing account take over (ATO); collaborating with internal teams including legal and compliance; performing CB dispute investigation, Account activity monitoring, Investigation on behavioral data and Fake Account Risk Mitigation for online gaming IDs; conducting Data Mining and Research for closing down risk exposure; supporting online gaming experience in a high volume setting with a global transaction base. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Sony is an EOE.

Salary range: $166,448 – $189,400/year
