Job title: Data Analyst – New Clients & POCs
The opportunity:
We’re looking for a curious and motivated Data Analyst to join our Growth Analytics team. You’ll play a key role in supporting analytics for new clients, pilot projects (POCs), and strategic initiatives. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll help shape how we explore new opportunities and test innovative ideas.
This role requires strong collaboration with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure our solutions are effectively tested and validated in proof-of-concept stages. You must be able to quickly understand business goals, translate them into data questions, and verify that the product works as expected under real-world scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from new clients and POC engagements to generate actionable insights
- Support scoping and metric definitions during onboarding and pilot phases
- Build SQL queries and Python scripts to explore datasets and validate hypotheses
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and clear reports in Excel and Tableau (a plus)
- Work closely with sales, product, and strategy teams to support decision-making
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and design baseline benchmarks
Requirements (Must Have):
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Intermediate-level SQL for querying relational databases
- Solid Python skills, especially for scripting and working with NumPy and pandas
- English fluency (written & spoken)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
- Comfort working in ambiguous or undefined project spaces
