As our Senior Data Analytics Lead, you report to the Vice President, Audit & Analytics, with responsibility to understand key processes, systems and data across all revenue cycle functions to enhance and expand the automated monitoring process for compliance operational quality assurance. Every day, you will work to create metrics that can be utilized to identity and monitor operational risk areas at a higher macro level for the organization.

To thrive in this role, you must have experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle domain and be self-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Here’s what you will experience working as our Senior Data Analytics Lead:

  • Work with various revenue cycle operation teams to understand various operational risks and identifying ways to use data to quantify and measure these risks.
  • Work with other teams with deep experience in analytics and revenue cycle operations to understand how data is stored to ensure it is complete and accurate.
  • Share passion for experimenting with and learning new technologies.
  • Prioritize work appropriately based on priorities and needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders to enable delivery of exceptional service.
  • Demonstrate efficiency, persistence, and time management to achieve team objectives.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, and inquisitive personality; ability to think critically and analyze events and root causes professionally.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field (or equivalent training/relevant experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis role working with large healthcare datasets (preferably claims data) and a familiarity with the revenue cycle process.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake
  • Experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend analysis with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in creating data visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Ability to identify issues and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

It's a plus if you bring:

  • API development skills

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $51,700.00 - $95,429.25 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
