We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Performance & Improvement team on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract. This is a Hybrid role based in the Matchworks.

 

The working hours will be Monday – Friday, based on 37.5 hours.

 

Join our vibrant, inclusive community in the Business MI team as a Senior Data Analyst, leading and overseeing the daily operations, providing tools to support decision-making and business strategies.

 

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring performance targets are met, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The Senior Data Analyst will be a key point of contact between management and team members, driving team performance while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

 

What you will do:

  • Overseeing Daily Operations ensuring tasks are completes and prioritised
  • Managing and Improving Data Processes including designing and implementing process and identifying improvements
  • Mentoring and Training Junior Analyst by inspiring, motivating and evaluating performance
  • Managing advanced projects, working towards deadlines and providing expertise when required
  • Ensure data integrity, overseeing data governance, ensuring practices are followed

 

What you will bring:

  • Experience Data Analyst, with particular experience in a senior role
  • Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Experience with the Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • First class attention to detail
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Mentoring skills and experience
