POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. Analyst's focus is to provide strategic insights, develop analytical tools and solutions, and to provide strategic recommendations to support reporting and analysis. 
 
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for supporting Nestle’s Field Sales organization with the design, development and management of strategic, tactical and operational analytical solutions. As part of the Business Intelligence team, you will focus on the management of the Field Sales reporting infrastructure by designing and building reports, dashboards and data visualizations using data management, reporting and automation tools.  The solutions you implement will allow senior management and business stakeholders to analyze the performance of the field organization and its key initiatives by identifying, monitoring and predicting sales trends and outcomes. In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to sales executives and drive understanding and adoption of Enable Hub’s analytics services.
 
Responsibilities will include developing Business Intelligence Solutions that aid in identifying and recommending opportunities to drive operational efficiency, balance cost vs service, and simplify executional complexity. To achieve these objectives, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing advanced Business Intelligence solutions and cutting-edge reporting tools. 
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analytics

• Develop advanced Business Intelligence Solutions from use case concept to experimental design to industrialization / deployment to end users.
• Collect, cleanse, and understand complex data to identify more accurate ways of reporting, analyzing, and communicating opportunities
• Leverage visualization tools to provide insights that support both strategic and operational decision making throughout the end users’ daily functions 
• Partnering with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and translating them into tangible reporting deliverables with a clearly defined acceptance criterion
• Leading the developing of well-organized, insightful reports, dashboards, and other forms of data visualizations to support strategic, tactical and operational business decisions. Provide analysis in areas such as KPI performance against targets & goals, sales operations, forecast accuracy, segmentation, resource allocation, store compliance, merchandising, geospatial, and customer service. 
• Implementing data quality processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data sources and reports by leveraging automation and monitoring capabilities to proactively identify anomalies
• Provide training and support to end users to facilitate change management efforts and to drive adoption of report and dashboard solutions

 
Project Management

• Documenting technical requirements, data catalog, business definitions, architectural diagrams, source-to-target mappings, process dependencies, flows, and decisions related to the development cycle of analytical solutions.
• Manage Special Projects, Pilots, Proof of Concepts, and Ad-hoc project work
• Participate in the evaluation, intake, design, and integration strategy between multiple functions and data sources for varying Nestlé businesses. 
• Conduct proper stakeholder management to ensure all parties are aligned and updated throughout project life cycle 
• Develop professional presentations and project status reporting appropriate for their intended audience. 
• Present solutions and recommendations to all levels of leadership
• Manage stakeholder expectations through project prioritization and effective communication.
• Agile, with ability to pivot based on business priorities while managing existing responsibilities

 
 
EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years in analytical capacity with demonstrated experience applying to industry problems
• Proven experience with implementing diagnostic analytics for complex operational and management problems 
• Prior experience with an integrated data management environment.  
• Knowledge of data analysis/tools and data modeling with the ability to find and share trends from the data to make informed and objective recommendations.  
• Minimum Years of 3 years creating reports, dashboards, and/or summarizing large amounts of data into actionable intelligence to drive business decisions
• Experience with Microsoft Azure environment, AAS, Synapse within and/or equivalent Transactional Data Warehouse environment.
• Strong experience preparing datasets using SQL
• Strong data visualization skills (advanced Power BI skills preferred).
• Experience creating detailed process documentation and conducting knowledge transfer
• Functional experience in CPG industry is a plus
• Has a track record of successfully juggling multiple demands
• Experience with data management tools like Microsoft Data Flow/Factory, Alteryx, KNIME, SSIS for data profiling, transfer and preparation
• Power App /Automate a plus
• Advanced data modeling and programming -R, Python, etc.- is not essential but a plus
