Who We Are Looking For?

We’re building our talent pool of outstanding Cloud Infrastructure Engineers (AWS/Azure + Kubernetes) for upcoming client projects. This is not an active position tied to a current project, but a proactive opportunity to become part of our expert network at SPACE44. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and scalability

• Manage and orchestrate containerized services using Kubernetes and Docker

• Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance standards

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles

• Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline integration to support reliable deployments

• Monitor cloud performance, optimize costs, and ensure system resilience

• Design and manage networking configurations such as VPNs, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls

• Support hybrid or multi-cloud architectures with knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (where applicable)

• Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to ensure alignment of infrastructure with application needs

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure

• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure for cloud deployments and services

• Strong experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and cloud-native app management

• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code and automated provisioning

• Familiarity with Docker for containerization in production environments

• Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts including VPNs, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls

• Proven experience implementing cloud security frameworks and compliance standards

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automating testing and deployment

• Experience with Python or similar scripting languages for cloud automation

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially for ML/AI-driven infrastructure

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and inter-cloud integrations

• Knowledge of container security and runtime policy enforcement

• Exposure to serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)

• Involvement in cost optimization strategies and FinOps practices

• Contributions to open-source tools or infrastructure-related projects
