About the Role

Stacks is looking for a Product Operations team member with a technical background. The ideal candidate will either be a junior engineer or data analyst, comfortable solving technical problems, assisting customers, onboarding them, writing queries or prompts, and handling small bugs.

In this role, you'll be a key player in solving customer problems and enabling smooth operations. The ability to work with technical details while also having a strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential.

🧱 What You'll Do 

• Comfortable solving technical problems, assisting customers, onboarding them, writing queries or prompts, and handling small bugs to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage and optimize Stacks to support the customer's needs.

• Own and improve product-related analytics, metrics, and dashboards to measure product performance and drive key business decisions.

• Design and execute feedback loops to gather customer insights, prioritize feedback, and inform product roadmaps.

• Maintain clear documentation of processes, policies, and workflows while ensuring effective communication across teams.

You don’t need to check every box—what matters most is that you’re excited to learn, collaborate, and push the boundaries of what design can do for modern finance teams.

🧩 What You Need

• A technical background in either engineering or data analysis (junior engineer or data analyst).

• Ability to work with customers to solve problems, onboard them, and assist with technical queries (e.g., writing SQL queries or handling bugs).

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value to customers quickly.

• Experience with data insights and reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, metrics, and analytics).

• Strong communication and organizational skills to support cross-functional collaboration.

• A drive to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment and adapt to evolving needs.
