As a Data Analyst at ESTO, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive our decision-making. Using modern BI tools, you'll collaborate across all departments with significant visibility and impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage analytics SQL code - transform, test, deploy, and document;
• Create impactful reports and visualizations that drive business decisions;
• Build and maintain dashboards using modern tools;
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in business data sets;
• Work with our tech stack: dbt, Preset, Git, Python, and AWS;
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards;
• Develop your skills through our professional development resources.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience applying software engineering best practices to analytics (e.g. version control, testing, and CI/CD);
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Skilled at queries, report writing, and presenting findings;
• Adept in taking full ownership and driving collaboration on tasks;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field;
• SQL (Advanced);
• Experience in the financial sector (preferably lending, banking, insurance) (Benefit);
• Looker/Preset/Superset (Benefit);
• Fluent in English.
