OTB Spa is looking for a Business & Data Analyst Intern to join the Controlling Team of its Headquarter in Breganze (VI). The Company, based on the performance and the learning path of the candidate, will evaluate at the end of the stage their incorporation into the FP&A team.

PURPOSE
The candidate has analytical and reporting skills and will collaborate to manage information coming from the newly implemented ERP and the financial datamart in Power BI. 
Financial analysis competence is key to provide accurate and timely reports to support both strategic and operational decisions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists the manager to update and elaborate the monthly financial reports of the entire OTB Group;
• Prepare ad hoc reports, through Power BI application, focused on group's financial and operational information;
• Identify potential improvements to ensure accuracy in financial reporting;
• Supports the FP&A teams of business worlds/portfolio's brands to introduce the global financial reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Master Degree in Economics, or STEM faculties;
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
• Analytical skills and ability to conduct detailed function/process analysis;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Power BI, including Data Modeling (optional DAX);
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint.
