Job Purpose
The Performance and Projects team drives key initiatives to improve customer experience and business performance through strategic insight. In this role, you'll turn complex data into meaningful insights, enabling better decision-making and measurable improvements across the customer journey. Your work will directly contribute to transforming how we understand and serve our customers.
Main Accountabilities
- Deliver insights that improve customer experience and business performance.
- Champion NPS across the business — own its analysis, visibility, and impact.
- Build and evolve dashboards that bring NPS and other key metrics to life for teams (e.g. Ops, Commercial, Customer).
- Support strategic projects with clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Help teams across the business become more data-driven in their decisions.
- Continuously improve the quality, clarity, and actionability of performance reporting.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Analyse customer and operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain impactful dashboards and reports.
- Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports to track performance metrics and support business decisions.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer, Data, Commercial, Network, Strategy) to support project delivery.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality reporting with a focus on automation and reusability.

Education
- Higher education in a relevant field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Business, or similar)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis
Competencies
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Advanced Excel
- Proficient in data visualisation tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Working knowledge of R or Python is a plus
- Understanding of data structures and modelling concepts
- Skilled at creating clear reports and compelling presentations
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Languages
Spanish and English (minimum B2)
