What you'll do

  • Lead multiple agile teams, ensuring effective Scrum implementation and facilitating key agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering teams on agile best practices, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting agile scaling frameworks like SAFe or LeSS
  • Identify and remove impediments, optimize workflows, enhance delivery efficiency, and champion DevOps, CI/CD, and technical agility best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational agile transformations, advancing agile adoption, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with business value delivery
  • Ensure psychological safety and team empowerment, facilitate cross-team dependencies, and conduct agile learning initiatives such as workshops, coaching sessions, and maturity assessments

Who you are

  • You bring along several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in an agile leadership role, with a proven track record of leading multiple  teams and driving agile transformations at scale
  • Deep expertise in frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean, along with strong coaching and mentoring skills to enhance  maturity and delivery efficiency
  • Proficiency with agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Rally, and Miro, as well as experience with  scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Spotify Model, or LeSS
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile technical practices, combined with excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with agile metrics and reporting to provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement, certifications (CSM, PSM II, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or ICP-ACC) are a plus
