Data Analyst (Senior)

Responsabilities

• Support the Data and Platform team by working with engineers on data  warehousing and data infrastructure.
  
• Act as liaison between engineers and business users in order to develop KPIs and create dashboards
  
• Help maintain and develop data pipelines that feed into production, staging, and data warehouse database
  
• Develop and maintain ETL solutions for data warehousing
  
• Manage reporting for multiple business units
  
• Work on a team of peers in an environment that will keep you constantly challenged and learning new things every day
  
• Work with business stakeholders to identify software and data solutions to solve for business challenges
  
• Mentor and learn from your teammates and foster an inclusive, empowering team dynamic.
  

Requirements

• You have 2-3 years of experience working collaboratively and communicating effectively with cross functional teams.
  
• Desire to drive serious business impact and a bias-for-action. You like to move forward, you follow through, and you’re accountable for the results
  
• An innate curiosity and an open mind. You're able to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  
• Empathy isn’t just a word for you, it’s a principle you live by and look to contribute actively where you work
  
• Looks proactively beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities.
  
• Demonstrates analytical thinking - recommends improvements and uses data to prove/disprove them
  
• Familiarity and experience with BI tools and data analysis, Looker and/or PowerBI is a plus
  
• Proficiency in SQL, other programming languages and knowledge in database technologies is a plus.
  
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced loose-structured environment
  
• Strong communication skills and able to train others in reading/using data and understand reporting needs
