This individual will play a key role in developing and automating reporting initiatives, analyzing business performance metrics, and collaborating with senior leadership and collaborators to drive innovation, optimization, and growth.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead the development of data-driven strategies that directly align with the company’s overarching business goals and long-term vision.
- Use data analytics to recommend actionable insights, enabling the business to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Coordinate and lead initiatives to automate reporting systems, with a focus on tools like Power BI or similar platforms.
- Drive process improvements for reporting automation, enhancing accuracy and efficiency in the dissemination of key business metrics.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from manufacturing systems to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key performance indicators to management
- Perform root cause analysis on production issues, using data to diagnose bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement data-driven process improvements
- Monitor production metrics against targets and provide regular performance updates
- Support strategic decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and recommendations

For this Role, You will Need:
- Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing data-driven projects or teams.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience in automating reporting systems and processes.
- Experience in strategic business analysis and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence standard methodologies.
- Proficient in planning, managing programs, and coordinating teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain data insights to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar data science tools is a plus.
- Fluent English
