Job Description

The Data Processing Specialist (CI) – New Client Onboarding plays a pivotal role in establishing new client databases and ensuring a seamless transition into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations. This role demands a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage multiple projects in parallel, maintain adherence to global and local standards, and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.

As a key member of the onboarding team, the CI Specialist will be responsible to understand end-to-end setup of new clients or new service — from initial data configuration to go-live — while serving as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to the full project lifecycle and contribute directly to successful client launches.

  • Lead and execute all CI-related tasks for new client setups, ensuring full compliance with global rules, local market regulations, and established SOPs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to manage coding, client instruction validation, and data quality checks.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, providing timely and structured updates to stakeholders, project managers, and leadership teams.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for onboarding-related queries, ensuring timely coordination and resolution in partnership with Client Liaison, Data Operations, and Client Operation team .
  • Operate effectively under high-pressure timelines, managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously without compromising on quality or accuracy.
  • Ensure a structured and well-documented handover to the BAU team once onboarding is complete and the client is live.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding workflows, tools, and documentation.
  • Support and promote a client-first mindset by ensuring accurate, timely, and value-driven deliverables throughout the onboarding journey.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in operational, analytical, or data management roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and present updates professionally.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for project tracking, problem-solving, and structured execution.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts); knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a virtual, multicultural environment, collaborating with stakeholders across regions and functions.
