You will design, develop, and deliver custom engineering solutions to tackle complex business challenges while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Accountabilities

- Own the design and development of bespoke engineering solutions using technologies like Python, SQL, AI/ML, Mulesoft, SnapLogic, .Net, and MS Power Platforms.
- Drive the adoption of modern development frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to design scalable and secure software architectures.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to support.
- Partner with stakeholders across IT and business units to align engineering solutions with organizational goals.
- Drive the development and implementation of AI/ML models to solve business problems.
- Champion the integration of enterprise systems using Mulesoft and SnapLogic.
- Explore and promote the use of MS Power Platforms for rapid development of low-code/no-code applications.
- Establish and enforce development standards and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in Python and SQL for application development, data processing, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and their application in solving real-world challenges.
- Proficiency in Mulesoft and SnapLogic for enterprise integration and API management.
- Solid experience in .Net Framework/Core for building enterprise-grade applications.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for low-code/no-code development and process automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and microservices).
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align engineering initiatives to business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Certification in AI/ML, Mulesoft, or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
- Experience in enterprise-level integrations and data engineering projects.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
