WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Leading the Business Intelligence (BI) strategy across the region, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and efficient utilization for decision-making.
- This role plays a key part in aligning business intelligence initiatives with corporate objectives, fostering a data-driven culture, and optimizing the generation of strategic insights to support various business functions.
- Main objective is to elevate the current single-country approach to a fully integrated regional strategy for BI development. This involves driving standardization, expanding scope and capabilities, and delivering region-wide data and insights to accelerate business decision-making.
- Lead the transformation to integrate a regional BI area to assure scope and capabilities that reach all channels, geographies.
- Design and develop a robust data strategy to develop tools such as BI Dashboards to track plans, strategies, promotions, and key functional indicators.
- Design, implement, and oversee data governance policies and standards to ensure quality, privacy, and security.
- Implement RPA solutions for the daily collection of sales data from multiple sources.
- Manage incentive settlements for Sales teams and distinct groups of clients.
- Promote a data-driven culture within the organization through training and workshops.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, and analytics teams to drive high-impact projects.
- Develop a robust strategic mindset to deliver clear insights and performance tracking for Management and field sales teams.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- University degree in Data Science, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Business Intelligence, Administration, or related fields.
- Masters degree related to role are not mandatory but will be a plus.
- Min. 5 years experience working in BI related teams, and proven experience in CPG companies.
- Min. 1 year experience leading teams.
- Advance English (preferred).
- Flexibility to travel – 10% to 20% approx.
Skills
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Intermediate skills in Programming tools (Power Apps).
- Intermediate skills in Data Modeling tools (SQL, Python)
