Job Description

The role of the data engineer on the user profile project is to organize the collection and storage of user data (or connections with them) in one place. This includes both the construction of classic ETL and working with real-time data, non-relational databases and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Collecting data from different sources(DB, Cloud, files, etc.)
• Building data pipelines, ETL processes
• Setting up almost real-time data streaming processes 
• Developing data marts
• Validating data

Qualifications (Essential)

• Strong programming skills on Python

• Expert knowledge of SQL

• Hands-on experience with Airflow

• Hands-on experience with Kafka (Kafka Streams)

• SnowFlake

• DBT

• Experience with relational and non-relational dbs (preferably MySQL, MongoDB)

• Knowledge of the data storage principles (Data Lake, DWH)

• Hands-on experience with graph databases (preferably Neo4j)
   

Qualifications (Desired)

• Experience with GCP, Docker, Git
• Experience with Grafana or another monitoring tool
• Experience with Clickhouse

Experience

• 2+ year of experience as a Data Engineer

• Analytical skills

• Intermediate+ English
