Job Description

Responsibilities

A/B Testing Platform Strategy & Development

• Define and drive the strategic vision for the A/B testing platform.

• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.

Business Logic & Experimentation Framework

• Develop and refine the business logic for how A/B tests are conducted, measured, and interpreted.

• Ensure statistical rigor and methodological accuracy in experimentation.

Roadmap Planning & Execution

• Define the roadmap and prioritize initiatives across development and analytics teams.

• Set clear goals and track progress to ensure timely and impactful delivery.

Team Leadership & Management

• Oversee two teams: development (platform engineering) and analytics & data engineering.

• Provide mentorship, direction, and support to both teams.

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Communicate strategy, progress, and key insights effectively across the organization.

Technical & Analytical Expertise

• Ensure best practices in both software development and data science/analytics.

• Provide guidance on technical implementation and data-driven decision-making.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify areas for optimization in experimentation, platform performance, and analytics capabilities.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

•  7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or software development, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.

• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and experimentation frameworks.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams including both developers and data professionals.

• Deep knowledge of data engineering, analytics platforms, and experimentation frameworks.

• Familiarity with Python, SQL, data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Airflow), and cloud data architectures.

• Strong ability to define and communicate business logic and experimentation best practices.

• Experience working with stakeholders across product, engineering, and executive teams.
