Senior AI Product Manager

We are hiring a Senior AI Product Manager for our TLV-based product team.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product lifecycle of AI features—from ideation, data collection, and model selection to production deployment and performance optimization
• Translate market and customer insights into AI product strategy and clear product requirements
• Work closely with AI researchers, engineers, and annotators to guide model development and trade-off decisions (accuracy, speed, cost)
• Define metrics for success (e.g., precision/recall, latency, adoption) and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with design, GTM, and business stakeholders to bring AI features to market effectively
• Monitor AI system performance post-launch and drive iteration based on real-world results

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML-driven products
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional AI teams (data scientists, ML engineers, MLOps)
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, model development lifecycles, and AI deployment challenges
• Strong track record of delivering AI-powered products from zero to one or scaling existing ones
• Ability to balance technical depth with user-centric thinking and business outcomes
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with video intelligence, computer vision, or multimodal ML
• Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Labelbox, Weights & Biases, or similar
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or dual-use (commercial + government) environment
• Background in software engineering, data science, or a related technical field
