[What the role is]

This ia a 2-year contract position as a Manager, Data in the CET Academy.

[What you will be working on]

As Manager (Data) in the CET Academy of Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP), you will support organisational decisions through data management and analytics for CET programmes, learners and business including:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Oversee the collection, organisation, interpretation and management of statistical data.

• Develop and implement data strategies and policies to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Run data analytics across qualitative and quantitative data to support organisational decisions and strategies to enhance CET learning and business, in alignment with national priorities and the SkillsFuture movement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions.

• Design and maintain advanced reporting systems, analytics, and dashboards through data visualisation software such as Tableau and Power BI.

• Ensure compliance with data governance and other regulations.

• Identify and address data quality issues for continuous improvement.

[What we are looking for]

• Proven strong technical skills and proficiency in database management, data analysis tool, research and statistics.

• At least 3 years of experience in analysing complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

• Possess high attention to details in data handling and analysis.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills to convey data insights effectively.

• Preference will be given to those with experience and expertise in statistical software and programming skills such as R and Python.

• Knowledge in SkillsFuture and lifelong learning policies would be an advantage.
