Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.

Job Description

About the Role

Our HR IT department partners closely with our central team in Germany to ensure our HR systems are modern, scalable, and future-ready. As we continue to expand our digital transformation initiatives, we are looking for a Experienced Automation & AI Consultant  to drive complex automation and intelligent process solutions. Join our dynamic, multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon and play a key role in shaping the future of HR IT.

Your contribution to something big: 

- Lead the design and implementation of complex automation solutions (e.g., RPA, intelligent workflows), integrating advanced AI/ML technologies where applicable;

- Act as a strategic advisor on automation and AI topics, analyzing business needs and translating them into scalable technical solutions;

- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with international teams to identify automation opportunities and build strategic roadmaps;

- Coordinate documentation, testing, and validation for automation initiatives;

- Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, voice-enabled assistants, cognitive automation) to future-proof our HR IT ecosystem.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.

- Experience: Strong experience in business process design, analysis and automation, and practice working in international, cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge: Experience with leading automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Outsystems, MS Power Platform) and AI integration. Solid understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with tools like Python, TensorFlow, Azure AI, or similar is a plus.

- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English at a C1 level (mandatory), German is a plus.

- Personality: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive mindset, comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels.
