GTM Engineer - Singapore

We’re growing fast and looking for a GTM Engineer to supercharge our outbound channels and support sales growth. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of technical problem-solving and go-to-market strategy. You’ll work across sales and marketing teams to accelerate our outbound motion and drive real business impact.

If you love experimenting with tools, diving into APIs, and building quick, scrappy solutions to real-world problems—this role is for you.

Responsibilities -

• Partner closely with sales and marketing to accelerate outbound efforts.
• Build tools, scripts, and workflows that improve how we identify, convert, and support prospects.
• Create and maintain demo environments, sales enablement content, and outbound playbooks.
• Enrich lead data and support outreach strategies using tools like Clay, LinkedIn, and scraping utilities.
• Troubleshoot GTM blockers during prospect handoff or onboarding—and surface insights to improve team workflows.
• Continuously test and optimize new outbound strategies and scale what works.

Qualifications -

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or similar).
• Strong technical foundation—comfortable with APIs, no-code platforms, and lightweight scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• A fast learner who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and experimenting with new tools.
• Clear communicator who can translate technical ideas for cross-functional teams.
• Excited to collaborate with both technical and go-to-market teammates.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Internship or experience at a startup or B2B SaaS company.
• A portfolio of side projects, automation hacks, or growth tools you’ve built.
• Familiarity with outbound sales workflows or growth marketing tooling.
