Back-End Developer (Python) for AI Agent

We are looking for a Mid-Level Python Developer, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining our backend infrastructure for AI products.
Join the CyberCare AI Labs team - we create unique AI-powered solutions like chatbots and ticket bots, as well as multilingual support systems from scratch. Your input could make a big difference, shaping how we solve problems for millions of people around the world.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable backend systems.
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices that facilitate communication between AI agents and other system components.
• Discuss, estimate and plan key milestone deliverables with peers.
• Conduct continuous testing, research, and evaluation of user feedback and metrics.
• Play an active part in shaping the product, based on what's technically possible.

What We Expect

• 3+ years of experience building backend systems with Python.
• Experience in FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles.
• Understanding of CI/CD, design patterns, and clean code.
• Previous experience building highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems from the ground up.
• Knowledge of SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging queues, key-value stores, logging, and monitoring solutions.
• Experience with chatbots, NLP, and ML is a big plus.
