Job Summary

As a Senior QA Automation (15026), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Own and drive the QA strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality standards throughout the SDLC
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and analysts in a cross-functional Agile team
  
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for both legacy (Python-based) and modern (OutSystems/Base Tester) applications
• Collaborate on test plans, acceptance criteria, and validation strategies that support data-driven systems

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
• Professional/ Advanced English skills.
  
• Experience with OutSystems or other low-code platforms
• 5+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on test automation
• Proficient in Python and/or Java—flexibility in tech stack is welcome if fundamentals are solid
• Experience with QA frameworks such as Base Tester, Selenium, or equivalent
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile delivery models and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience testing data pipelines and working with AWS Glue, PySpark, or similar ETL tools is a big plus
