Cadent is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Intern to support our corporate AI Adoption initiative, with a key focus on the enterprise-wide rollout of Google Agentspace. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, change management, and business enablement, playing a direct role in how AI is operationalized across departments.

Responsibilities

AI Enablement Content Creation

• Develop clear, user-friendly FAQ documents and onboarding materials to help employees adopt Google Agentspace effectively.
• Create and organize prompt libraries tailored to the unique workflows of departments such as Marketing, Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations.
• Document best practices for prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Interview team leads and power users across departments to identify high-impact use cases for Agentspace.
• Gather feedback on AI usage challenges and success stories to inform future training materials and adoption strategies

Training & Communications Support

• Assist in developing slide decks, videos, and how-to guides for AI tool usage.
• Help facilitate training sessions, workshops, or office hours to drive adoption and understanding.

Process & Impact Documentation

• Track usage trends and analyze adoption metrics (qualitative and quantitative).
• Support case study creation to illustrate real examples of AI improving work efficiency.

Innovation Support

• Contribute to internal experimentation by testing new Google Agentspace features and piloting advanced prompt techniques.
• Stay up to date on industry trends in enterprise AI and make recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini Chat, Claude, Agentspace, etc.).
• Strong written communication skills and an interest in user education and experience design.
• Ability to break down complex tools into approachable and accessible documentation.
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Self-starter with curiosity and a passion for technology-driven transformation.
• Able to commit to a full-time (35-40 hours per week) work schedule between June 9, 2025 and August 15, 2025
