Reporting to the Director of People Analytics & Technology, you will analyse and interpret complex data, transforming it into actionable strategies that enhance our human resources operations and global strategy. What You Bring
A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with HR data (bonus if you have HR Information Systems experience). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for intricate data manipulation and analysis.Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Python for data exploration and analysis.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Experience with creating data visualisations and dashboards (preferred).Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations is a plus.A collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Your Typical Day 
Your day begins by diving into HR data from around the globe, using Excel and Python to uncover crucial trends. You’ll collaborate closely with HR and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop tailor-made dashboards that track key metrics. Midday, you’ll analyse data patterns and present actionable insights designed to optimize HR operations and strategy. The afternoon might bring ad-hoc requests or exciting new projects, allowing you to sharpen your analytical skills and continuously innovate. Every day offers a perfect blend of analysis, collaboration, and problem-solving!
