Language foundational models, like LLMs, have been pivotal in driving generalization across various NLP tasks. Our SAP Foundation Model Team for structured data aims to establish a centralized foundation with graph and generative intelligence that can effectively support cross-SAP AI use cases, particularly for tabular AI tasks.
The success of this foundation model depends heavily on several factors, including the quality, type, format, volume, and scheduling of the pre-training data. This makes the data pipeline and overall data strategy critical to its success.
