About the Role

The  technology  that  once  promised to simplify patient care has brought more issues than anyone ever  anticipated.  At  Innovaccer,  we  defeat  this  beast  by  making  full use of all the data Healthcare has worked so hard to collect, and replacing long-standing problems with ideal solutions. 
 
Data  is  our  bread  and  butter  for  innovation.  We  are  looking  for  Interns  in  our  Data  Science  Team  who  are  passionate  about  solving  some  real  world healthcare  problems.  In  this  role,  they  will leverage  the  healthcare  data  to  build  algorithms  to  personalize  treatments  based  on  the  clinical and  behavioural history of patients. We are looking for superstars who will define and build the next generation of predictive analytics tools in healthcare. 

A Day in the life

• Development of various artificial intelligence initiatives to help improve health and wellness of patients
• Write well-documented maintainable python code
• Coordinate with the other team members in the development processes
• Work with the leaders and other stakeholders to understand their pain-points and build large-scale solutions
• Work with our data platform and to help them successfully integrate the AI  capability or algorithms in the platform
• Define and execute on the roadmap

What You Need

•  Strong hands-on experience in Python  Understanding of LLMs, Agentic Framework
• Understanding of Python Frameworks like FastAPI, Django, etc.
• Experience in manipulating/transforming data, model selection, and model training 
• Knowledge of NLP Libraries like spaCy, NLTK
• Understanding of Deep Learning Frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow 
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Coordinate management activities with others on the team

The core skills we are seeking includes:
- Python
- Machine Learning
- Generative AI

Additionally, the following skills are good to have:
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Deep Learning
