Technical Support Engineer (all)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for integrating our Docker-based mediaire AI software with our clients – On-Premise (via remote access).
• You will identify and resolve technical issues for our clients and communicate solutions both internally and externally.
• You will actively contribute to optimizing our internal processes to work faster and more efficiently.
• In close collaboration with our development team and radiologists, you will support the continuous improvement of our products and infrastructure.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• You are a true tech enthusiast, strong in communication, and passionate about supporting both clients and colleagues.
• With your curiosity and problem-solving skills, you enjoy tackling complex challenges.
• You have fluent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
• You are proficient in Linux and the command line.
• You have a technical background – a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or experience in MRI/Radiology is a plus. Alternatively, you have experience in technical support, e.g., as a Sysadmin or in similar positions.
• You are based in Germany.

PLUS POINTS:

• Experience with radiological IT systems (PACS, RIS, DICOM) is highly beneficial.
• Skilled in Linux Sysadmin tasks, especially networking and scripting with Bash or Python.
• Experience with CRM, Service Desk, and/or ticketing systems.
• Solid programming knowledge, ideally in Python.
• Experience with Docker and Git.
• Experience collaborating with software and data science teams.
