Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable back-end services using modern frameworks and technologies such as Python, Node, Java, or .Net
• Build engaging and responsive front-end applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Integrate operational reporting and performance tools into existing services to optimize system health and user experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, platform, and clinical teams to deliver intelligent, data-centric applications
• Leverage cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) for deployment, scaling, and automation using tools like Azure Pipelines, Terraform, or Ansible
• Participate in Agile sprints and DevOps practices, ensuring continuous integration and delivery
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting efforts to maintain resilient and efficient systems

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5+ years of experience building distributed systems with multi-tier architectures
• Expertise in at least one backend language (Python, Node, Java, or .Net) and proficiency in full-stack development
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS and front-end engineering best practices
• Experience with cloud-based environments and deployment tools (e.g., Azure, GCP, Terraform, ADO)
• Familiarity with integrating performance monitoring and reporting systems
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with healthcare platforms, EHR data, or clinical decision support systems
• Knowledge of machine learning applications in healthcare
• Hands-on work with microservices in a large-scale distributed architecture
• Exposure to big data, data warehousing, or analytics platforms

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1+ years of post-graduate software engineering experience, or 2+ years of hands-on coding experience
• Familiarity with modern development best practices including version control, testing, and continuous integration
